We accept PDF, JPEG, PNG, TIFF, and raw FWB text (IATA Cargo-IMP format). Multi-page PDFs are supported. Mixed Thai-English documents are handled natively.

Parsed AWB results are retained for 90 days by default. Raw document files are deleted immediately after processing.

No. We do not use your submitted AWB documents to train our AI models without your explicit written consent.

All data is stored in AWS data centers in Singapore (ap-southeast-1), the closest region to Thailand with full compliance capabilities.
