Upload AWBs by drag-and-drop, email forwarding, or batch import. Review KabyTech-extracted data side-by-side with the original document. Approve, correct, and export to CargoWise, SAP TM, or Thai e-Customs — all from one browser tab.
The Operations Portal dashboard gives supervisors and operations managers a real-time view of all AWB processing activity. See how many documents have been processed today, what percentage were auto-filed without human intervention, and which AWBs need manual review.
The dashboard updates every 2 seconds with live data from your processing pipeline. Filter by airline, date range, operator, or confidence threshold. Drill into any AWB for full field-level detail.
Drag-and-drop upload: Select one or up to 100 files at once. PDFs, scans, and photos are all accepted. Multi-page PDFs are automatically split into individual AWBs.
Email forwarding: Forward AWBs to your dedicated inbox (e.g. awb@yourcompany.kabytech.co.th). The system auto-ingests attachments and begins parsing immediately.
Batch processing: Schedule nightly imports from a shared folder or FTP server. All files are queued and processed before your team arrives in the morning.
KabyTech automatically classifies each document as MAWB or HAWB and links houses to their master based on MAWB number matching.
The review screen shows the original AWB document on the left and KabyTech's extracted data on the right. Every field is color-coded by confidence level: green for high confidence (>95%), amber for medium (80-95%), and red for low (<80%) requiring manual verification.
Click any extracted field to edit it inline. Changes are logged in the audit trail with the operator's name and timestamp. Supervisors can review and approve corrections before data is pushed downstream.
For AWBs that score above your configured auto-file threshold (default 95%), the review step is skipped entirely — data flows straight to your ERP or customs system.
Data Entry Operators can upload documents and correct extracted fields, but cannot approve or export. Supervisors review flagged AWBs, approve corrections, and manage their team's queue.
Customs Officers have access to the e-Customs filing module — they can validate HS codes, review pre-filled declarations, and submit to Thai Customs EDI. Administrators manage users, configure auto-file thresholds, and set up integrations.
Every action in the portal is logged in a tamper-proof audit trail: document uploads, field edits, approvals, rejections, and exports. The audit log is exportable for compliance reporting.
CargoWise: Native connector maps all 29 FWB sections to Universal Shipment XML. Shipment records are created or updated automatically — MAWB 176-1551 5964 becomes SHP-2026-09-0847 in under 2 seconds.
SAP TM: IDoc integration creates freight orders from parsed AWB data. Routing, weight, and charge sections mapped to SAP fields.
Thai e-Customs EDI: OCI section data from parsed AWBs pre-fills customs declaration forms. File directly to Thai Customs Department from the portal.
Excel/CSV: One-click export for teams that need offline access or custom reporting. All fields, confidence scores, and audit data included.
The analytics dashboard gives you complete visibility into your AWB processing operations. Track daily processing volumes, identify peak days, and plan staffing accordingly.
Error rate per airline: See which airlines produce AWBs that require the most manual corrections. Use this data to adjust confidence thresholds or flag specific carriers for additional review.
Operator performance: Track how many AWBs each team member processes, their average correction rate, and processing speed. Identify training opportunities and reward top performers.
The Operations Portal is included with Professional and Enterprise plans. Starter plan customers can add it for an additional ฿5,000/month. All plans include a 30-day free trial.
