General

About KabyTech

What is KabyTech?
KabyTech is an KabyTech-powered Air Waybill intelligence platform built for the Thai logistics industry. We parse IATA Cargo-IMP FWB messages โ€” all 29 sections and 170+ fields โ€” and return structured, validated JSON. Our products include a REST API, an Operations Portal, a Freight ERP with built-in KabyTech, and Thai e-Customs EDI integration.
Who is KabyTech for?
We serve Thai freight forwarders, customs brokers, airport ground handlers, airlines & GSAs, and agricultural exporters โ€” anyone who processes Air Waybills as part of their daily operations. If your team is manually keying AWB data into CargoWise, SAP, or Thai Customs, KabyTech can help.
Is KabyTech a Thai company?
Yes. KabyTech is operated by Accomate Co., Ltd., registered in Bangkok, Thailand. Our office is at 484/31 Phetchaburi 18 Alley, Ratchathewi, Bangkok 10400. Our team speaks Thai and English, and we provide support in both languages.
What document formats does KabyTech support?
We accept PDF, JPEG, PNG, TIFF, and raw FWB text (IATA Cargo-IMP format). Multi-page PDFs are supported. For scanned documents, we recommend 300 DPI minimum for best accuracy. Mixed Thai-English documents are handled natively.
What FWB sections does KabyTech parse?
All 29 IATA Cargo-IMP FWB/16 sections, including: Standard Message Identifier, AWB Number (AWB), Origin & Destination (ORI/DEL), Flight Booking (FLT), Routing (RTG), Shipper (SHP), Consignee (CNE), Agent (AGT), Special Service Request (SSR), Also Notify (NFY), Accounting Information (ACC), Charges (CVD), Rate Description (RTD), Other Charges (OTH), Prepaid/Collect (PPD/COL), Carrier's Execution (CER), Other Service Info (OSI), Customs/Regulatory Control (OCI), Sender Reference (REF), and more.
API & Technical

Integration & technical details

How does the API work?
Send a POST request to /v1/awb/parse with your AWB document (PDF, image, or raw FWB text). The API returns structured JSON with every extracted field, confidence scores, and validation results. Authentication is via API key in the X-API-Key header. Full documentation at kabytech-docs.html.
What is the API response time?
Our p99 latency is under 2 seconds per AWB. Typical response times are 1.2โ€“1.8 seconds depending on document complexity. Batch processing (up to 100 AWBs per request) typically completes within 5 minutes.
What accuracy does KabyTech achieve?
Our average field-level confidence score is 97%+ across all 29 FWB sections. Each field in the API response includes an individual confidence score from 0 to 1. Fields below a configurable threshold can be flagged for human review before downstream processing.
Which SDKs are available?
We provide official SDKs for Python, Node.js, PHP, and Java. An OpenAPI 3.0 specification is also available for generating client libraries in any language. All SDKs include async support for batch processing.
Does KabyTech integrate with CargoWise?
Yes. We have a native CargoWise connector that maps all 29 parsed FWB sections to CargoWise Universal Shipment fields. We also support SAP TM, Oracle Transportation Management, and custom integrations via webhook or direct API. Export to Excel and CSV is available from the Operations Portal.
Is there a rate limit?
Starter plan: 100 requests/minute. Professional plan: 500 requests/minute. Enterprise plans have custom limits with burst capacity. If you're processing high-volume airline EDI feeds, contact us for dedicated infrastructure options.
Pricing & Billing

Plans, pricing & free trial

How much does KabyTech cost?
We offer three plans: Starter at เธฟ9,900/month (up to 500 AWBs), Professional at เธฟ29,900/month (up to 3,000 AWBs), and Enterprise with custom volume pricing. All plans include full 29-section FWB parsing and Thai & English language support. See our pricing page for full details.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. All plans include a 30-day free trial with no credit card required. You get full access to the API and Operations Portal during the trial period, including Thai Customs HS code validation on Professional and Enterprise plans.
How does billing work?
Billing is per AWB processed, capped at your monthly plan limit. Overages are billed at a per-AWB rate shown on your plan page. Unused AWBs do not roll over. We provide real-time usage dashboards so you always know where you stand. Invoices are issued monthly in Thai Baht (THB).
Can I change plans?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated for the current billing period. Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing period. No cancellation fees on any plan.
Security & Compliance

Data protection & Thai PDPA

Is KabyTech PDPA compliant?
Yes. We operate in full compliance with Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (PDPA). All personal data within AWB documents (shipper/consignee information) is handled per PDPA requirements. We have appointed a Data Protection Officer (DPO) and conduct regular compliance audits. See our full PDPA compliance statement.
How is my data secured?
All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). Access is restricted to authorised personnel on a need-to-know basis. We are ISO 27001 certified and conduct annual third-party security audits. Our infrastructure is hosted on enterprise-grade cloud services with SOC 2 Type II compliance.
How long is my data retained?
Parsed AWB results are retained for 90 days by default (configurable to 30 days on request). Raw document files are deleted immediately after processing completes. Account data is retained for the duration of your subscription plus 12 months. All data is deleted within 30 days of account termination upon request.
Does KabyTech use my AWBs to train its models?
No. We do not use your submitted AWB documents to train our AI models without your explicit written consent. Model training, where applicable, uses synthetic or anonymised data only. This is a contractual commitment, not just a policy.
Where is my data stored?
All personal data is stored on servers located in Thailand. For Enterprise customers, we offer dedicated infrastructure with guaranteed data residency within Thailand. Cross-border transfers, where necessary for IATA validation, comply with PDPA Section 28 requirements.
Thai Customs

e-Customs & HS code validation

Does KabyTech validate HS codes?
Yes. On Professional and Enterprise plans, every HS code in the FWB Rate Description (RTD) section is validated against the Thai Customs (Thai Customs Department) tariff schedule in real time. Invalid codes are flagged with specific correction suggestions before you file your declaration.
Can KabyTech file Thai Customs declarations?
Yes, on Enterprise plans. Our Thai e-Customs EDI integration pre-fills and files เธเธจเธ.99/1 (air import) and เธเธจเธ.101/1 (air export) declarations directly from parsed AWB data. This includes validation against Thai Customs requirements before submission, reducing rejection rates to near zero.
Which Thai Customs forms does KabyTech support?
We support เธเธจเธ.99/1 (air import declaration), เธเธจเธ.101/1 (air export declaration), and FTA preferential tariff certificates including Form D (ASEAN), Form E (ASEAN-China), and Form AI (ASEAN-India). All forms are populated from parsed FWB OCI section customs origin data.
What IATA codes does KabyTech validate?
We validate airline prefixes (all IATA member airlines), IATA airport codes, IATA carrier codes, IATA agent codes, currency codes, and country codes. All validation is performed against the latest IATA reference databases, updated monthly.
