From shipment booking through CASS billing and Thai Customs filing — a complete freight operations system where every incoming AWB automatically becomes a structured shipment record. No separate integrations. No data re-entry. One system.
Unlike traditional freight ERPs where AWB data entry is a manual first step, KabyTech ERP makes AWB intelligence the foundation. Every module — shipment management, charge reconciliation, customs filing, and finance — reads directly from parsed AWB data.
When a MAWB arrives, the system automatically creates a shipment record, populates routing and weight fields, calculates charges from the RTD section, and pre-fills customs declaration forms from the OCI section. All in under 2 seconds.
When MAWB 176-1551 5964 arrives — whether by email, portal upload, or API — KabyTech parses all 29 FWB sections and creates shipment record SHP-2026-09-0847 in the ERP. Shipper (KARGO GLOBAL), consignee (EXCEL MARITIME), routing (BKK→DXB→MAA), flight (EK0375/10SEP), weight (57.72 KG), and charges (PREPAID ฿9,800) are all populated.
HAWB hierarchies are linked automatically. A consolidation with 20 HAWBs under one MAWB generates 21 linked records — one master and 20 houses — with correct weight and piece breakdowns.
KabyTech parses the RTD (Rate/Charge Description) and CVD (Charge Declaration/Value) sections from every AWB. These charges are automatically compared against your CASS billing statement from the carrier.
Discrepancies — such as mismatched weight charges, missing surcharges, or incorrect tax calculations — are flagged immediately with the exact variance amount. No more manually comparing AWB charges against monthly CASS statements line by line.
The system handles all payment types: Prepaid (PPD), Collect (COL), and split charges. Multi-currency settlements are converted at the IATA exchange rate for the billing period.
The OCI (Other Customs Information) section in each AWB contains regulatory data required by Thai Customs. KabyTech extracts this data and pre-fills the appropriate declaration form — กศก.99/1 for air imports and กศก.101/1 for air exports.
The ERP validates HS codes against the Thai Customs tariff database before filing. Duty rates and tax calculations are applied automatically. Declarations are submitted via direct EDI connection to the Thai Customs Department.
For FTA shipments, the system also generates Form D (ASEAN), Form E (ASEAN-China), and Form AI (ASEAN-India) from the same parsed AWB data.
The Freight ERP comes with four core modules included in the base license: the native AWB Intelligence Engine, full Shipment Management, Thai e-Customs EDI integration, and Finance & Billing in Thai Baht.
CASS Settlement reconciliation is available as an add-on module for carriers and GSAs that process IATA CASS billing. All modules share a single database — no data synchronization issues between separate systems.
The system is pre-configured for Thai air freight operations: Thai Baht as default currency, Thai tax rates and withholding tax calculations, Thai address formats, and Thai language interface option.
All data processed by Freight ERP + KabyTech is stored on servers located in Thailand, meeting PDPA data residency requirements. No shipment data, AWB content, or personal information leaves the country.
Personally Identifiable Information (PII) — shipper names, consignee addresses, contact details — is automatically masked in logs and analytics. Only authorized users with appropriate role permissions can view unmasked PII.
Data retention periods are configurable per your organization's policy. Automatic purging ensures data is deleted at the end of its lifecycle. Full audit trails of all data access are maintained for compliance reporting.
