When you use KabyTech, we collect: (a) AWB documents you upload â deleted within 24 hours of processing; (b) Account information including company name and email; (c) API usage logs â request timestamps and AWB numbers (not document content). We never sell your data to third parties.
We use your data to provide the AWB parsing service, send transactional emails, monitor system performance, and comply with Thai law and IATA regulations. We never use your AWB document content for training without explicit written consent.
AWB documents: deleted within 24 hours. Extracted JSON: retained 90 days then deleted. Account data: retained for subscription duration plus 3 years. API logs: retained 12 months for security.
All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). We maintain ISO 27001 certification. Access to production data is restricted to authorized KabyTech engineers. Quarterly penetration testing and annual security audits.
KabyTech processes personal data in compliance with Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562. We have appointed a Data Protection Officer. Personal data in AWBs is processed under legitimate interests (freight logistics operations).
Under PDPA, you have the right to: access data we hold about you; rectify inaccurate data; request erasure; data portability; object to processing. Contact privacy@kabytech.co.th to exercise any right.
