Do I need technical skills to use the SWB portal?

No. The portal is designed for freight operations teams with zero coding required. Upload documents by drag-and-drop, review extracted fields visually, and export to your preferred format with one click.

Can multiple team members work on the same SWB batch?

Yes. The portal supports team collaboration with role-based access. Operators can review and approve parsed SWBs, while supervisors can monitor throughput and accuracy across the team.

How does the express release tracking work?

When a Sea Waybill is parsed, the portal automatically identifies it as an express release document and flags the consignee for notification. You can track the release status from upload through to customs clearance.

What export formats are available?

The portal exports to JSON, CSV, and Excel. You can also push parsed data directly to your TMS via configurable webhooks. Thai Customs e-Import fields are pre-mapped for direct submission.

Is there a limit on the number of SWBs I can upload?

Batch upload supports up to 100 documents at a time. There is no monthly limit on the number of SWBs processed — usage is metered by your subscription plan.
